Need a class and not sure which one to choose?  No worries.  Let us help guide you to the correct class.
With thirty five different class options available with CPR Cindy--including online courses as well as in-person courses--it can be a little confusing.  For advanced certifications, look for Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).  For those in the medical field or studying to be, check out Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS--this class is also open to anyone outside of the medical field who may be seeking additional education).  And for those not in the healthcare industry, jump on down to the Heartsaver programs.  PLEASE NOTE:  We now offer classes that are FULLY ONLINE!!  No need to come to class and get your Skills reviewed.  Click here for additional information.

Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)  Register for ACLS


​The American Heart Association's ACLS course has been updated to reflect the new science following the 2020 AHA Guidelines for CPR and ECC.  This course builds on the foundation of lifesaving BLS skills, emphasizing the importance of continuous high-quality CPR.  This advanced course highlights the importance of high-performance team dynamics and communication, systems of care, recognition and intervention of cardiopulmonary arrest, immediate post-cardiac arrest, acute dysrhythmias, stroke, and acute coronary syndromes.  This course video-led course is designed for healthcare professionals who direct or manage cardiopulmonary arrest or other cardiovascular emergencies; personnel in emergency response, emergency medicine, intensive care, and critical care units; physicians, nurses, and paramedics; and others who need an ACLS course completion card for job or other requirements.  Click here to be taken to the ACLS Course page for additional information, or to take this class completely online and not have to come in for Skills evaluation, please click HERE.

​Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Register for PALS


​​​The American Heart Association's PALS course is designed for pediatricians, nurses, paramedics, respiratory therapists, emergency physicians and other healthcare providers who care for infants and children.  This course is video-led that uses a series of simulated pediatric emergencies to reinforce the important concepts of a systemic approach to pediatric assessment, basic life support, PALS treatment algorithms, effective resuscitation, and team dynamics.  The goal of the PALS course is to improve the quality of care provided for seriously ill or injured children and infants, resulting in improved outcomes.  The PALS course is for healthcare providers who either direct or participate in the management  of respiratory and/or cardiovascular emergencies and cardiopulmonary arrest in pediatric patients; personnel in emergency response, emergency medicine, intensive care, and critical care units; physicians, nurses, and paramedics; and others who need a PALS course completion card for job or other requirements.  Click here to be taken to the PALS Course page for additional information, or to take this class completely online and not have to come in for Skills evaluation, please click HERE.





Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) Register for BLS


​The American Heart Association's Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider's course teaches those seeking professional level CPR training for victims of all ages.  This course is designed to provide a wide variety of healthcare professionals the ability to recognize several life-threatening emergencies, provide CPR, and use an AED in a timely and effective manner.  These skills include ventilation with a barrier-device and a bag-mask device, rescue breathing and advanced airways, use of an AED on adults and children, and relief of foreign body airway obstruction in responsive and non-responsive victims.  Written and skills evaluation are required for course completion.  The AHA's Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider's course is designed and recommended for:  Doctors, nurses, paramedics, EMT's, dentists, and all other medical personnel working in the healthcare industry or studying to be (this course does not include first aid, but you can add it on for an additional fee).  This course is also recommended for the lay-person who would like to learn a bit more than the basic level.  Click here to be taken to the BLS Course page for additional information, or totake this class completely online (renewals only) and not have to come in for Skills evaluation, please click HERE.
